Terms of service
Using Donde
Donde is operated by Aisle Seat One LLC. It creates personal recaps from completed past trips. Review imported destinations, dates, statistics, photos and messages before saving or sharing by URL. Use only information and media you have the right to use. Do not publish other people's private information or unlawful content.
Private work and deliberate publishing
Guest drafts and signed-in projects follow the storage practices in our Privacy notice. Publishing is a separate action after preview and confirmation. Anyone with an unlisted edition URL can access that edition; an unlisted link is not password protection. Unpublishing prevents new access but cannot remove copies already obtained.
Credits, payments and refunds
The publishing details describe credits, limits, the undo window and payment help. Read them before buying or publishing. The undo window returns a publishing credit; it is not a promise of a cash refund. Contact us with the checkout receipt reference for billing questions. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Availability, content and outside services
Maps, travel calculations and generated recaps are informational and should be checked before use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete destination data or a particular result. Export information you need to retain independently. External services, including Google sign-in, Sheets and Stripe checkout, have their own terms. Original Donde material and third-party media retain their respective rights.
Privacy and contact
Read the Privacy notice for data, retention, sharing and deletion controls. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be limited. For service, privacy, billing or terms questions, contact info@aisleseatone.com.
Unlisted sharing and search
Public product pages and fictional examples may be searchable. User recaps and their media are unlisted and carry instructions excluding them from search engines. A share link is still accessible to anyone who has it and is not password protection. Share only with intended recipients and use Stop sharing to prevent new access.
Optional communications
Product notifications, Donde marketing and AS1 marketing are separate choices in your account settings, off by default. You can withdraw each optional choice. Essential service, security and purchase communications remain separate. Browser analytics has its own optional consent setting, described in the Privacy notice.
