How the rolling credit window works

Included credits become available as each use passes 30 days, including with yearly billing. Billing dates do not reset usage. Upgrading increases the limit; recent included-credit use still counts. Failed or rejected work releases its reserved credit.

Need a few extra sources?

Nomad and Pro can add 10 source credits for $5.99 USD once, where credit packs are available. Purchased credits never expire and stay usable after a downgrade or cancellation. Free and Donde+ accounts cannot buy packs. Included credits are used first.

Web checkout uses Stripe; native checkout uses Apple or Google where offered. Availability and final pricing appear inside Donde before purchase. Credit purchase support.

What counts as a source credit?

One successfully analyzed source uses one credit. Rejected or failed analyses release reserved credits. Research organization and project creation do not add source capacity.

Are projects unlimited?

Yes. Every plan includes unlimited projects, with up to 10 active sources per project. Your account’s available source credits still apply.

Does yearly billing change the credit window?

No. Included credits use a rolling 30-day window, on both monthly and yearly subscriptions. Billing dates do not reset recent usage.

Can I use all research spaces on the free plan?

Yes. The 3 lifetime source credits can be used across all 12 research spaces. Upgrade only when you want more capacity or Pro PDF export.

Where can I manage my subscription?

Manage web subscriptions through the billing controls in Donde. Purchases made through Apple or Google are managed in the corresponding store. Get billing help.
